The HCR Cloud is now located in Dropbox.
Some common problems Pro’s experience with Dropbox are caused by:
1) Not using your High Caliber email for your Dropbox account. Solution: Use your HighCaliberRealty.com email for your Dropbox account. 2) Your hard drive is too small and out of space. Solution: Buy a bigger hard drive or sign up for access under the HCR Dropbox account for $21 per month. HCR Dropbox account will include an easily navigable folder hierarchy and “Smart Sync” to allow you to leave lesser used items on the cloud and not use hard drive space. 3) Your Dropbox account is too small and out of space. Solution: Buy more space from Dropbox or sign up for access under the HCR Dropbox account for $21 per month. HCR Dropbox account will include 1 terabyte of space, and a private area for personal files, an easily navigable folder hierarchy and “Smart Sync” to allow you to leave lesser used items on the cloud and not use hard drive space.Access HCR Cloud Dropbox from any web-based device. As an HCR Pro the HCR Microsoft Exchange is where you will find your email, contacts, calendar and tasks. This system will seamlessly integrate with the iPhone models as well as iPads. Microsoft 360 is a Microsoft Exchange Active Server Application that gives you private access to your Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Exchange personal email account so that you can view your Inbox, contacts, calendar, notes and tasks from any Web Browser. Please see the High Caliber Pros' Cloud Files Access above under HCR SOP folder for files with all the setting necessary to set up your laptop outlook and mobile devices to access your HCR Microsoft Exchange account.
